Munich, May 5, 2020 – NFON AG (together with its subsidiaries “NFON” or the “Company”), the only pan-European cloud PBX provider, is expanding its partner network in new and existing markets. In order to ensure the successful development of the Company, NFON will, on the one hand, focus on exploiting cross- and upselling potential within its current customer base. On the other hand, consistently continuing to acquire new customers represents an important strategic component. Sales are conducted via five channels with a clear focus on indirect partner sales.
Besides the expansion of the partner network in existing markets, significant progress was made in the important European markets of Spain, Italy and France, in particular. NFON founded new subsidiaries in Italy and France in the past fiscal year in line with its expansion strategy and started sales activities there. In keeping with NFON’s market entry model, a team of sales and service staff was initially established. They have been concentrating on building the partner network since the end of 2019. Thanks to the newly acquired partners, NFON now has a Europe-wide network of more than 2,700 partners in 15 countries.

The partners are as diverse and different as NFON’s customers. Lantech Longwave and Eudata are among the new partners in Italy, for example. Both companies are leading system integrators in the country. With Nvoice for Microsoft Teams, they can offer their customers a unified work environment and communication solution. Nvoice integrates the telephone system from the cloud directly into the interface of the collaboration software Teams, enabling seamless online collaboration in one environment without having to change the software interface. Thanks to the cooperation with NFON, these companies can offer their customers a comprehensive range of services at a high-quality level. The supplier Connexing was won as a partner in France as well as in Italy. Connexing offers its customers professional telephone equipment, including innovative conference and collaboration solutions. NFON as the only pan-European supplier scores with Connexing as a reliable partner also beyond national borders. In Spain, the distributor WIFIDOM, among others, has been signed up.
The renowned partners jointly offer end customers NFON’s core product Cloudya, premium solutions such as Nvoice for Microsoft Teams, Neorecording, Ncontactcenter, Nhospitality and desktop phones. The motto: Everything from a single source. Here, NFON’s offer is the perfect complement and enables quick deployment of the new solutions at the customer’s site. “The variety of partners allows us to address many different companies.
