Patrik Heider started as CEO of NFON AG in June 2023. After studying business administration at the University of Constance, he began his professional career at PwC Consulting and was subsequently CFO of the Hoffmann Group in Munich.

Before joining NFON, he was CEO of the software companies Thinkproject and riskmethods. Prior to that, as Spokesman of the Management Board and CFOO, he was responsible for the extremely successful development of Nemetschek SE and earned an excellent reputation on the international capital market.

Andreas Wesselmann has been CTO of NFON AG since January 2024. Directly after completing his studies in mathematics and information technology, Andreas Wesselmann began his career at Germany’s largest software company SAP, where he most recently served as a member of the SAP Global Leadership Team in the position of Senior Vice President, SAP HANA Database & Analytics.

With more than twenty years of experience in an international working environment, he has repeatedly demonstrated how innovations can be transformed into scalable business models and how existing cloud software solutions can be expanded reliably and economically.

Markus is an international proven, experienced senior leader with a proven track record in product management, business transformation, merger & acquisitions and delivering successful go-to market strategies in the IT and telecommunications industry.

After establishing NFON’s nearshore center in Lisbon, Portugal, as managing director of NFON Developments Lda, Markus was promoted to the Chief Product Officer of NFON AG in July 2023.

Before joining NFON, Markus held key positions at Telefonica o2, British Telecom Global Services, and Telecom New Zealand, where he led B2B product, GTM and sales strategy initiatives.

Markus holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, which he obtained from FHM Munich and Helsinki University of Technology, Finland.

​Alexander Wettjen is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and mobility sectors. He has held prominent positions at Telefónica, serving as Head of Direct Sales, and at Sixt, where he was Senior Director Sales International.

Alexander is with NFON since December 2024 and his vision is to position NFON as a reliable, creative, and efficient partner, ensuring that the company remains responsive to market demands and maintains a competitive edge.

Jana was appointed as Executive Vice President AI & Innovation in October 2024.

She was previously responsible for leading international teams in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI) applications and Cloud solutions at SAP SE, and most recently as Vice President SAP Business AI Experiences. Her focus here was on the development of AI applications that enable an outstanding user experience.

This makes Jana Richter an ideal fit for NFON and its orientation towards becoming a provider of AI-based business communication solutions.

Christian has been working as an in-house counsel for more than 25 years. He has been General Counsel at NFON AG since 2015, where he was involved in several M&A and capital market transactions as well as the IPO. Christian sees himself as a legal generalist and covers the entire range of legal areas within the company. 

Before NFON, Christian worked for various tech companies - including some listed companies such as CPU Softwarehouse AG, ARQUES Industries AG, ADVA Optical Networking SE. He studied in Konstanz and Tübingen.

Friederike is an experienced professional in investor relations, whose expertise includes corporate sustainability, capital markets, and stakeholder management. She has earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in international business and management. 

After working as an Investor Relations Consultant at PvF Investor Relations, she joined Deutsche Bahn, where she spent nine years and advanced to Senior Public Affairs Officer, focusing on sustainability. She then worked as a Senior Consultant at Kirchhoff Consult AG. 

In 2023, Friederike joined NFON AG, where she currently serves as the Vice President of Investor Relations & Sustainability.

Natalie has a bachelor's degree in business and health economics and a master's in international management, with a focus on change management and project management.  

From 2012 to 2020, she worked in various HR roles. In 2020 she joined NFON, and in 2024 she was promoted to Vice President of People & Culture, where she leads HR strategies and works on creating a positive work environment.

Thorsten leads PR for NFON and all NFON subsidiaries. For over 30 years, he has been a company spokesperson, journalist and communications consultant. Thorsten began his career as a journalist for media outlets such as BILD, Gong Verlag, Sky Radio, Burda Verlag and many more.

Since 1979, Günter Müller has been Executive Chairman of ASC Technologies AG, a leading global software provider in the field of omni-channel recording, quality management and analytics. He is also Managing Director of Milestone Venture Capital GmbH.

He previously worked for Gasa Produktions GmbH, Eisenwerke Kaiserslautern and Bosch-Rexroth. Following his pre-IPO supervisory board memberships, he was reappointed to NFON's supervisory board in December 2019 and has since been its deputy chairman.

He has completed a part-time degree in business administration.

Rainer Koppitz (nationality: German, *1968) can look back on many years of international experience in industry as well as in the IT and telecommunications sectors, during which he was CEO at NFON and B2X Care Solutions as well as CEO Germany & Austria of BT Germany (British Telecom), among others. In 2019, Rainer Koppitz joined KATEK SE as CEO and successfully took the company public in May 2021. Prior to that, he held CEO positions at Siemens, Dell as well as Atos. Rainer Koppitz was CEO of NFON AG from 1 September 2012 to January 2015. Since February 2015, Rainer Koppitz has been a member of the Supervisory Board of NFON AG, with a short interruption, and since May 2021 he has also been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the listed CENIT AG.

Dr. Rupert Doehner (nationality: German, *1971) studied law with additional training in economics at the universities of Bayreuth, Germany and Lausanne, Switzerland. After his second state examination, he worked as a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Emmerich in Bayreuth, where he also obtained his doctorate. He then began working as a lawyer at CMS Hasche Sigle. Dr Doehner then worked as in-house counsel for a real estate project developer. Since 2015, he has worked as a lawyer in his own firm and advises, among others, capital market-oriented, medium-sized companies on corporate and capital market law. In 2018, Dr Doehner was appointed as a member of the supervisory board of NFON AG.

In 2014, Florian Schuhbauer (nationality: German, *1975) founded Active Ownership Capital S.à r.l., for which he is still Managing Director today. Previously, he was a partner at Triton Partners and General Capital Group, among others. In December 2019, Florian Schuhbauer was appointed to the Supervisory Board of NFON. Florian Schuhbauer holds a degree in Finance and Business Administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
