Our application process
1. Submit your application
Simply upload your CV – no cover letter required! Show us in your CV what experience matches the role and why you're interested in the position. We'll usually get back to you within 7 days.
2. First meeting
In a 30-minute video call, we’ll give you a first glimpse into the role and what working at NFON is like. We're curious: What excites you about the position? And of course – who are you, what drives you? This is also your chance to ask us anything that’s on your mind.
3. Let's deep dive
You’ll meet your potential manager in a 60-minute online session. Depending on the role, we may ask you to prepare a brief case study in advance so we can talk through your ideas together. This step usually happens within 10 days after our first chat.
4. Personal meet-up
Time to meet face to face! We’ll invite you to our office to talk about your motivation, values, and how you work – all in a personal and open atmosphere. To help prepare, you’ll complete a short behavioral assessment beforehand. You’ll also get the chance to meet the team. Come with some time to spare!
5. Offer and contract
If everything aligns, you'll receive an offer and a digital contract for your signature. The next step in your career journey starts with NFON!
6. Onboarding
At the beginning of the month, all new recruits start with two exciting onboarding days at our HQ in Munich. In addition to organizational matters, you'll get to know people, products, our office, and Munich.
