Sustainability

We believe long-term success requires long-term responsibility. That’s why sustainability is embedded into our strategy with clear, measurable actions. Guided by strong ESG principles, we create lasting value for our people, our partners, and the planet.

Sustainability is more than a guiding principle

— it’s a fundamental part of our corporate strategy and long-term vision. Through our “NFON Next 2027” strategy, we embrace digitalisation as a force for good, driving sustainable and profitable growth while empowering people and businesses across Europe.

Sustainability

Innovation drives NFON’s approach to sustainability. Through our advanced cloud-based solutions and the thoughtful integration of AI, we reduce emissions and resource consumption across our entire value chain. By limiting the need for physical infrastructure and business travel, we help shape a greener, more efficient future while supporting our customers and partners on their own sustainability journeys.

Environmental Social Governance

Environmental responsibility, social inclusion, and strong governance are fundamental to NFON’s values. We actively reduce emissions, foster a diverse and inclusive culture, and operate with transparency and integrity. Our ESG strategy is guided by internationally recognised principles, shaping our priorities and driving meaningful, long-term impact in everything we do.

Our milestones

We’re making meaningful progress in integrating sustainability into our operations. We focus on delivering cloud-based, AI-enhanced communication solutions that support both profitable growth and environmental responsibility, helping reduce emissions while enabling digital transformation.

NFON’s ESG strategy is aligned with global standards such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement, with a strong focus on climate action, employee well-being, responsible governance, and customer trust.

Our climate strategy, guided by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) criteria, is already driving emissions reductions, operational improvements, and a shift toward energy efficiency and renewable energy, even as formal validation is pending.
